at first i was amazed and felt kinda creeped out by it but the more i watch it the more it looks like balloons drifting off into the distance. All video cameras have focus mechanisms..why didn`t they use theirs? Pity really. Intriguing nonetheless.

its an "Unidentified Flying Object" it could be a balloon or it could be something else.

Its an unidentified flying object,..(could just be everything) unless u can identify it. By the way, mylar helium balloons wont stick together in the air.....

I'ts not from outer space. But what is it ?

umm yes they are a cluster of balloons... and here is the easy answer... they stick together because each little Mylar helium balloon has a string they are tied together with one weight that is just heavy enough to bunch them but not heavy enough to hold it down. Simple as that!
