John Denver truly WAS a gift from God. So was the herpes that John contracted from Glen Campbell. John wrote this song while playing Brokeback Mountain with Glen in Montana. John loved nature. He once wore a bee keeper's suit that exposed his skin in the letters of his name. He incited the bees to sting him continuously in those areas until he had a perfect bee sting tatoo on his stomach.

whoaa. i can relate to this song. whew! i sang it infront of our class, lately. whaa. and i cry because our teacher said that we should sing a song that will relate to our wish this year. but I cannot finish my class this school year. aww. cos were leaving soon. moving to another country. :'(

I always thought that this was a Sinatra song. First, I heard it as a cover by Dido, then I was searching some Sinatra stuff and found it. I never new it was a John Denver song. Having heard the modern versions of it, this is much too much like the Brady Bunch theme song for me. I like the Sinatra version best.
